Throughout high school, I faced challenges in finding a sport that resonated with me, but everything changed during my sophomore year when a track coach introduced me to the world of throwing techniques and encouraged me to try out for their throwing team. Without his guidance, I wouldn't be on my journey of athlete progression today, and I am forever grateful for his support. From the very first practice, I fell in love with track and field, and that passion truly blossomed during my junior year. In that year, I dedicated myself more than ever to track and field training, aiming to become a valuable asset to my team. My commitment paid off, leading me to compete in several state-level meets and contribute to my school winning two state championships.
However, my journey didn't end in high school. I was fortunate enough to earn the opportunity to compete for Fordham University, where I currently train. Securing 7th place in discus during the Outdoor Atlantic-10 Championship, I eagerly anticipate future years of growth and making a significant impact on the team that believed in me.
The point of this website is to inspire future generations of throwers. Track and Field gets limited recognition as is, and throwing is one of the most ignored event groups within the sport, finding resources can be difficult for young athletes looking to improve, which is why I created this website. If you are a thrower that is looking for guidance, reach out. Let me be an easily accessible tool in helping you build your future.
